A sampling of Tonners
These examples of some Tonner dolls I have repainted are mixed up in order of date. It should be pretty easy to tell by the quality of the photos. In the beginning of my repainting I was using a fuji finepix 2 mp camera and later switched to a very nice Nikon Coolpix. I also think taking pictures outdoors results in a much nicer photo with truer color.
Hello Mary Lou, I bought 2 of your repaints from the estate of a friend. They are very lovely--you do wonderful work. I was trying to learn more about your art and found this Blog. I believe the repaints I have are number 43 and 77 of your Tonners. Which sculpts are these 2 girls? Thank you, Robbin
I am an artist, marine biologist, organic vegan cook, and an amateur photographer. I sell on eBay under the name "merrula88". This blog will showcase my past and future repaints. I believe the best place to be in the whole world is somewhere outdoors in nature. I am so lucky to live in the forest surrounded by huge redwoods and close to a creek bursting with creatures. This is my first blog.
